After you have received your business or personalised CISCO Webex background, you’ll need to upload and install your background on CISCO Webex app to see it in action. We break down the steps below to get you started. Feel free to contact us if you require any further help.

How to change your background in a CISCO Webex video call

Change background before a call

  1. Open the Webex Meetings desktop app
  2. Click Change Background
  3. Click the + icon to upload your custom background
  4. Your background should now be applied for all video calls

Change background during a call

  1. Click Video Options in your self view window
  2. Choose Change Virtual Background
  3. Click the + icon to upload your custom background
  4. When ready, click Apply for changes to take effect
