So how does Visual Backgrounds Work?
Most of our packages will follow along a similar 5 step process, whether you are after Business Backgrounds, Personalised Backgrounds or an entire Social Media Package. Continue reading to find out how it all works.
Business Backgrounds.
Step 01 – Choose your platform
Let us know where you plan on using your background, Skype, Zoom, Google Hangouts etc
Step 02 – Upload files and additional details
Upload your logo, images, and any related graphics that you would like to incorporate into the design. Plus additional details related to your order and the design you are wanting to achieve.
Step 03 – We’ll start work on your background
After payment has been received our design team will get to work on your background.
Step 04 – Expected completion time
After payment has been received our design team will get to work on your background.
Step 05 – Order Complete
Receive your final backgrounds in the correct format along with a detailed how to guide, explaining how to use the background on your chosen platform..
Personalised Backgrounds.
Step 01 – Choose your platform
Let us know where you plan on using your background, Skype, Zoom, Google Hangouts etc
Step 02 – Upload files and additional details
Upload your images and any related graphics for your background along with details related to how the background will be used, such as a special occasion – Birthday, Anniversary etc.
Step 03 – We’ll start work on your background
After payment has been received our design team will get to work on your background, which usually takes 2-4 days to complete (unless the express 24 hour service has been selected)
Step 04 – Expected completion time
We will then email your design as a high quality PNG and JPEG file, within 2-4 days (unless 24 hour option is selected) – you’ll be allowed up to 3 minor alterations on your background.
Step 05 – Order Complete
Receive your final backgrounds in the correct format along with a detailed how to guide, explaining how to use the background on your chosen platform..
Social Media Packages.
Step 01 – Choose your platform
Let us know where you plan on using your background, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. We will design a full set for the platform or selection of platforms you decide to order.
Step 02 – Upload files and additional details
Upload your logo, images and any graphics you would like to incorporate into your order and tell us any additional details related to your order.
Step 03 – We’ll start work on your background
After payment has been received our design team will get to work on your social media package, which usually takes 2-4 days to complete (unless the express 24 hour service has been selected)
Step 04 – Expected completion time
